Lis Wehl, who was born September 19, 1961, in the United States, is an author and an ex-legal expert at Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She also has provided legal commentary on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual as well as National Public Radio. She has a regular appearance presenter on The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl completed her studies at West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She received her bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past of the US Attorney. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues for NPR's All Things Considered. She was "the the deputy chief of investigative counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She was a law professor as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 until 2001. Wiehl worked as an Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 to 2017.
